Objectives of the course
Participants will be given demo/training on protein purification (AKTA FPLC), characterization (SDS-PAGE, UV-VIS and CD spectroscopy), sample preparation and data analysis for cryoEM.

M.Sc. in any science subject (Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Bioinformatics, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics,), M.Pharm./B.Pharm., B.Tech. (final year students)/M.Tech. in Biotechnology or Bioinformatics, R&D Scientists/Professionals in Pharmaceutical and Biotech Industries, Clinical Researchers, Bioprocess Development Engineers and AI Engineers in Drug Discovery
Pre-requisites
Basic knowledge of General Biochemistry and fundamental concepts of Class 12-level Physics.
