About the Guest House
CCE runs a guest house with 60 self-contained and fully furnished single rooms, primarily intended to accommodate participants of programmes conducted under the auspices of the CCE, and invitees, Academicians, Lecturers and above to the Institute.
Subject to availability, accommodation is also made available to other categories of participants in seminars, symposia and conferences, and persons visiting the Institute for various academic works.
Hoysala Guest House also contains a TV Room and a Computer Lab Facility for browsing and checking mail.

TV Room & Computer Lab
In-house TV room and computer lab with internet browsing and email facilities for guests.
Academic Priority Access
Priority given to CCE programme participants; open to seminar and conference visitors subject to availability.
Procedure for Getting Accommodation
Please follow these steps to request accommodation at Hoysala Guest House.
Step 1 — Submit a Duly Filled Request Form
Duly filled forms must be sent to the CCE Office. Only requests made in the prescribed proforma — complete in all aspects — will be processed.
Step 2 — Forward Through Your Department Chairman
All requests must be forwarded through the Chairman of the concerned department. Requests not routed through the department will not be processed.
Step 3 — Submit at Least 3 Working Days in Advance
Filled-up forms must reach CCE at least three working days before the arrival of the visitor. A reply will be sent on the next working day.
Step 4 — Note Important Conditions
- Extension of stay is subject to availability.
- Oral requests (phone or in person) cannot be processed.
- Accommodation is not available for family members, students, or personal guests.
- Please inform immediately of any cancellation to help others and avoid revenue loss.
- There is no room service facility. Check-in/Check-out timing is 8:00 AM.

Download the official Room Request Form, fill it completely, and submit it through your Department Chairman to the CCE Office at least three working days before your expected arrival.
