Basics of RNA biology; different kinds of RNAs and their functions; cellular processes mediated or regulated by RNAs; antisense oligonucleotide-based therapy; mRNA vaccines; targeting RNAs by CRISPR-Cas system. Overview of RNA-based drugs approved for clinical use. Present challenges and future perspectives.
