Objective

This course will cover different spectroscopic methods to study the structures and functions of proteins.

Syllabus

Fundamentals of protein structures; different spectroscopic methods to study protein structures and functions; UV/VIS spectroscopy; fluorescence spectroscopy; CD spectroscopy; NM spectroscopy; proteinprotein interactions; protein-nucleic acids interactions; protein-ligand interactions.
