Basics of RNA biology; different kinds of RNAs and their functions; Cellular processes mediated or regulated by RNAs; Antisense oligonucleotide-based therapy; mRNA vaccines; Targeting RNAs by CRISPR-Cas system. Overview of RNA-based drugs approved for clinical use. Present challenges and future perspectives.
