Dr. Viveka Konandur Rajanna is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electronic Systems Engineering at the Indian Institute of Science, Bengaluru. His research focuses on memory design, in-memory computing, human-machine interfaces, and secure computing. He received his M.Tech. and Ph.D. from IISc and has prior research and industry experience at the National University of Singapore and Analog Devices Inc.

Ashwini M is a Secretarial Assistant at NPTEL, Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bengaluru, and has been working with the NPTEL team since 2024. She holds a Bachelor of Computer Applications degree from Bangalore University. During her academic journey, she worked on projects related to fake online review detection and image annotation and earned an NPTEL Elite certification in Data Analytics with Python. Passionate about continuous learning and professional development, she actively contributes to supporting academic activities and the effective delivery of online education initiatives through NPTEL.

Avinash S is an experienced media and educational technology professional with over 15 years of expertise in video production, digital content management, online editing, and online learning support. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree and currently serves as a Project Assistant at NPTEL. His areas of expertise include educational video production, post-production editing, online editing, multimedia content management, digital learning support, and workflow coordination. Throughout his career, he has contributed to the creation and delivery of high-quality educational content for large-scale online courses, ensuring seamless production processes and enhanced learner engagement. His commitment to quality and innovation has played a vital role in supporting digital education initiatives and academic outreach programs.

Bharath has over 6 years of professional experience in finance and accounts, administration, and office operations. At NPTEL, he is involved in online course coordination, live session management, course content review, and operational support, contributing to the effective delivery of digital learning initiatives.

Dipali K. Salokhe holds a Master’s degree in Commerce and serves as a Program Assistant at NPTEL, IISc. She brings over 30 years of professional experience, with expertise in educational technology, multimedia content creation, web development, and e-learning systems. Associated with NPTEL since 2005, she has contributed significantly to online course production and delivery. Her current responsibilities include video production, team management, server uploads, NPTEL course management, and coordination with faculty for effective online course delivery.

I hold a Master of Commerce (M.Com) degree in Accountancy and currently work as a Program Assistant at NPTEL, Indian Institute of Science (IISc).

I have a total of six years of professional experience at IISc. I worked for three years in the Human Resources Section and two years in the Internal Audit Section. For the past one year, I have been serving in the NPTEL Office, where I contribute to various academic and administrative activities.

My areas of expertise include Tally with GST, Advanced Microsoft Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, HTML, and SAP. I am also experienced in handling a wide range of administrative responsibilities efficiently.

One of my notable achievements is being awarded the “Perfect Accountant” during my academic career. I am committed to continuous learning and strive to apply my knowledge and skills effectively in my professional work.

I am Gowthami D.S., a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) graduate from MLA Academy of Higher Learning with a strong academic foundation in accounting, finance, and business management. I have completed professional training in Tally ERP 9/Prime from Narayana Training Institute, where I gained practical experience in financial accounting, GST compliance, data entry, ledger maintenance, voucher creation, and report generation. Currently, I am working as a Secretarial Assistant at the NPTEL Office, Indian Institute of Science (IISc), where I manage official email correspondence with faculty members and Teaching Assistants (TAs), handle office communications, phone calls, and visitor inquiries, and coordinate course proposal submissions and approval processes.

Gururaja Maiya is an experienced IT professional with over 20 years of expertise in web development, digital solutions, and academic technology management. Holding an MCA in Information Technology, he has successfully delivered 100+ websites and provided technical support for 15+ international conferences. As Program Manager – NPTEL, he oversees digital initiatives, academic collaborations, project execution, and cross-functional team management, driving the successful delivery of large-scale educational programs and online learning initiatives.

Madhuri M is a motivated B.Com graduate with comprehensive knowledge of accounting, financial management, taxation, and business operations. She possesses excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills, along with hands-on proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. With a commitment to excellence and continuous learning, she strives to add value to organizations through her professionalism and dedication.
Currently serving as a Secretarial Assistant at the NPTEL Office, Indian Institute of Science (IISc). She manage fellowship related work.

Sushma Upadya holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science and serves as a Project Assistant at NPTEL, IISc, with over 14 years of professional experience. She has been actively involved in NPTEL online course management, including adding courses, assignments, student details, and supporting team interactions. Her expertise includes web application development and website development, with a strong focus on creating user-friendly digital solutions. She has developed more than 10 web applications for IISc, contributing to efficient academic and administrative workflows. Beyond her professional work, she enjoys playing the Veena and singing.

Thiyagu G is a Senior Project Associate at NPTEL with over five years of experience in media production, cinematography, and educational content creation. He holds a B.E. in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) and a Bachelor of Visual Arts (BVA) in Cinematography. His expertise spans professional DSLR and cinema camera operations, studio and on-location lighting design, production management, and crew coordination. With a strong blend of technical proficiency and creative vision, he plays a key role in delivering engaging, high-quality multimedia content that supports effective learning and digital education initiatives.

Professional Video Editor with 15 years of experience in educational and e-learning video production, delivering high-quality content for digital learning platforms. Currently working at IISc Bangalore under the NPTEL Project, supporting online education initiatives through video production and post-production workflows. Edited 1900+ hours of educational video content and contributed to NPTEL and SWAYAM Prabha DTH platforms. Previously produced and edited 700+ UGC–MHRD sponsored NME-ICT e-content and documentary videos across diverse academic disciplines. Experienced in managing end-to-end educational video production workflows including pre-production, production coordination, post-production, quality assurance, and final delivery. Collaborated closely with faculty, instructional designers, and subject experts to create engaging, effective, and learner-focused educational content. Passionate about enhancing digital education through impactful visual storytelling and scalable learning experiences.
